This Cremant is made of grapes coming from our plot on the Weissgrub site (at 200 meters of altitude). This terroir brings tension and concentration to the Pinot noir berries. The effervescence brings you mineral (chalk, iodine), vegetal (licorice) and fruity (quince, red currant) notes.
